Professional or clinical supervision makes practice real. Whether I am a mental health professional, teacher, a member of a leadership team (or the sole leader of a team!) it's important to take stock not just of the growth in the 'park-land' of my practice, but to attend to the health and hydration of the soil, and the pathways and casual tracks that are currently in use to explore and enjoy the park-land.
